Public Offer (Terms of Sale)

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement constitutes a public offer of the SPECLED online store (the "Seller") and governs the sale of goods to individuals and legal entities (the "Buyer") through the website specled.com (the "Website").

1.2. Full acceptance of the terms of this offer occurs at the moment the Buyer pays for the order or confirms the order on the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Ordering Procedure

3.1. The Buyer places an order on the Website independently via the shopping cart or the quick purchase form.

3.2. Order processing takes up to 5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. Prices for Ukraine are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). For international orders, prices may be displayed in USD or EUR; the actual charge is made at the exchange rate of the Buyer's card-issuing bank at the time of the transaction.

4.2. The Seller may change the price of goods unilaterally at any time before the Buyer pays for the order. The price of a paid order is not subject to change.

4.3. Payment is made by bank card through secure payment gateways.

5. Delivery and Customs Duties

5.1. Within Ukraine: delivery is carried out by logistics companies (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta). Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise provided by promotional terms.

5.2. International delivery: carried out by international courier services. Delivery times depend on the region and range from 7 to 40 business days.

5.3. Important for international buyers: import duties, taxes, and customs fees of the destination country are not included in the price of the goods or shipping. These costs are borne by the Buyer in accordance with the laws of their country.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and their presentation, consumer properties, and packaging are preserved.

6.2. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6.3. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original payment, within the time limits established by law.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill their obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control: military actions, terrorist acts, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or large-scale power outages (blackouts).

7.2. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics disruptions at the border or changes in the operation of international carriers under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine.

8. Personal Data

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the order, in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.

8.2. Marketing communications are sent only with the Buyer's separate consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. The parties shall endeavor to resolve all disputes through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the courts of Ukraine in accordance with applicable law.
