SPECLED Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how SPECLED ("we") collects, uses, and protects information about users of the website specled.com (the "Website").

1.2. We respect your right to privacy and process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the GDPR (for users in the EU), and the platform policies of Meta (Facebook) and Google.

1.3. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1. When placing an order: first and last name, phone number, email address, and delivery address (city, carrier branch). This data is required to process and deliver your order.

2.2. When registering an account: name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form).

2.3. Automatically: technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit — via cookies and analytics services (see Sections 5–7).

3. Data Received via Facebook Login

3.1. When you sign in with Facebook, we request access only to the following data:

  • Public profile: first name, last name, and profile photo — used to create your personal account.
  • Email address: used to contact you regarding your orders.

3.2. We do not request access to your friend lists, posts, or any other personal data not listed above.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

4.1. The collected data is used to:

  • process and deliver orders;
  • identify the user and operate the personal account, including order history;
  • send order status notifications and respond to support requests;
  • improve the Website based on anonymized analytics;
  • display advertising (see Section 7).

5. Cookies

5.1. The Website uses the following categories of cookies:

  • Essential: enable sign-in, the shopping cart, and checkout; the Website cannot function without them.
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Website (Google Analytics).
  • Advertising: used by Google and its partners to display advertising (see Section 7).

5.2. You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect certain Website features. Users in the EU are offered a choice regarding non-essential cookies via a consent banner.

6. Analytics

6.1. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized statistics about Website visits. Google processes this data in accordance with its privacy policy.

7. Google AdSense Advertising

7.1. The Website displays advertising provided by the Google AdSense service.

7.2. Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

7.3. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

8. Sharing Data with Third Parties

8.1. We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide services:

  • Delivery services — name, phone number, and delivery address to ship your order;
  • Google, Meta — within the analytics, authentication, and advertising services described in this Policy;

9. Data Storage and Security

9.1. Data is stored no longer than necessary for the purposes listed in Section 4, or for the periods required by law.

9.2. We apply technical and organizational security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and restricted access to data.

10. Your Rights and Data Deletion

10.1. You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, or complete deletion.

10.2. You can revoke the permission granted to our app on Facebook in your Facebook account settings: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → SPECLED → Remove.

10.3. To completely delete your account and all associated data from our database, send a request to info@specled.com. We will process your request and delete the data within 3 business days, after which you will receive a confirmation by email.
