Delivery and Payment

1. Delivery within Ukraine

We ship orders within 3-5 business days of confirmation.

• Nova Poshta: delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your address. Cost according to the carrier's rates.
• Ukrposhta: delivery to any available branch. An economical option for non-urgent orders.

2. International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

• Ukrposhta (Standard International Shipping): the standard delivery method. Delivery usually takes 14 to 40 days.
• Other carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.): available by prior arrangement. If you need express delivery, contact us before placing your order.
• Important: The Buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes in the destination country.

3. Payment

• Bank cards: online payment via secure payment services on the website.
• Cash on delivery: available only for delivery within Ukraine (Nova Poshta), subject to prepayment of shipping costs.
• Cryptocurrency: we accept payment in digital assets (USDT, BTC, etc.) only by prior arrangement with the store administration. To confirm the exchange rate and receive payment details, contact us via messengers or email.
