1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UKRAINE) Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation.

• Nova Poshta: Delivery to service points, lockers, or door-to-door. Rates apply according to the carrier's tariffs.
• Ukrposhta: Delivery to any available post office. A cost-effective option for non-urgent orders.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship worldwide from Ukraine.

• Ukrposhta (Standard International Shipping): Our primary international carrier. Delivery typically takes 14 to 30 business days.
• Other Carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.): Available by prior agreement only. If you require express shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
• Notice: The Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by the destination country.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

• Credit/Debit Cards: Secure online payment via integrated payment gateways.
• Cryptocurrency: We accept payments in digital assets (USDT, BTC, etc.) strictly by prior agreement. Please contact our support team via messengers or email to confirm the exchange rate and receive wallet details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only within Ukraine (Nova Poshta) subject to a partial prepayment for shipping costs.
